Congratulations on reaching this much-anticipated milestone in your lives. Deadlines for submitting senior yearbook portraits and childhood pictures with personal messages will approach very quickly. If you haven’t already scheduled your senior portrait setting, you’ll want to get this done asap. Guidelines for senior portraits that will appear in the yearbook are below. Portraits should be submitted by November 15  with the PERMISSION TO USE COPYRIGHTED PRINT (click for form) form, signed by your photographer (even if photographer is a parent, other family member or friend), to Mrs. Stout-Rhine. Portraits can be submitted by e-mail to or brought by my classroom on a flash drive, disk or printed form. (Digital reproduced much better.)

Each senior has the opportunity (this is optional, not required) to have a childhood picture in the yearbook for $20. We need those pictures, messages and the $20 by November 15 as well. A short note should be included with the childhood picture on a separate piece of paper or can be e-mailed to Please understand that space is limited, keep messages to a maximum of 70 words. Messages exceeding 70 words may be edited in order to fit. Please include your name and phone number on the back of the picture and a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like the picture returned. We will scan the picture here; it will not be sent to Herff Jones.

Please call or e-mail Mrs. Stout-Rhine 755-2191 ext. 7421 or with any questions.

Thank you and best wishes for a great school year!!!
