We are very proud of our schools and the role we have played in our community for more than 100 years. We are very fortunate to live in a community that has historically placed a high value on education. Over the years, Osawatomie has been an innovative leader in education and is noted for the quality of its graduates. We are working hard to take our schools to the next level of excellence. We want to build on our tradition while raising the level of individual student performance and overall program quality. We recognize that in order to realize this vision we need to attract and retain the very best teachers and support staff. We also recognize the importance that parents play in the education of their children and the need for an active partnership between home and school. We believe that through our shared commitment we can build an educational program that will challenge all of our students to be their very best.
